Introduction

At Help Me Buddy IT Pvt Ltd, we strive to provide high-quality services and customer satisfaction. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are processed, eligibility criteria, and timelines. By purchasing any of our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Eligibility for Refunds & Cancellations

General Terms

  • Refunds are considered only in cases where the services provided do not meet the agreed terms and conditions outlined in the project proposal.
  • Refund requests must be submitted via email to info@helpmebuddy.in within the stipulated time.
  • The company reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on project progress and contract terms.

Service-Specific Refund Policy

Website Development & Graphic Design

  • Full Refund: If the project has not started or the initial design style has not been approved.
  • Partial Refund: If the client cancels after approving the initial design but before project completion. The refund amount will be based on the percentage of work completed.
  • No Refund: If the project has been completed and uploaded to the server.

Logo Design & Brochure Design

  • Full Refund: If the project has not started.
  • Partial Refund: If the client cancels after approving the initial design. The refund will be proportional to the completed work.
  • No Refund: If the final design has been delivered.

Web Programming & Development

  • Full Refund: If the project has not started.
  • Partial Refund: If the client cancels after work has begun. The refund amount will be determined based on the percentage of work completed.
  • No Refund: Once the project has been completed as per the agreed scope.

Dedicated Hiring (Offshore Staffing Solutions)

  • Full Refund: If the assigned resource has not started working on the project.
  • Proportionate Refund: If the project is canceled mid-way, the refund will be based on the completed work.
  • No Refund: For services already rendered. Clients must notify issues immediately for possible resolution; late refund claims will not be entertained.

Refund Processing Timeline

  • Full Refunds: Processed within 50 business days from the cancellation date.
  • Partial Refunds: Processed within 180 business days from the cancellation date.
  • Refunds will be credited via the original payment method (PhonePe, bank transfer, credit card, etc.).

Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may cancel their project at any time by sending an email to info@helpmebuddy.in.
  • Any applicable cancellation fees will be mentioned in the project agreement.
  • If the cancellation request is made after significant project progress, refunds may not be possible.

Limitations & Exemptions

  • No refunds will be provided for services where work was delayed due to the client’s failure to provide necessary information or approvals.
  • Compensation for delays is not applicable unless specified in a separate agreement with penalty clauses.
  • Help Me Buddy IT Pvt Ltd is not responsible for losses caused due to service delays or non-performance by third-party providers.

Policy Amendments

Help Me Buddy IT Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Clients are advised to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our services after any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
