1General Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services and the customized work involved, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We are committed to working with you to resolve any concerns before considering a refund request.

2Service-Specific Refund Terms

Web Development Projects

  • Before Work Begins: Full refund of advance payment if we cannot start the project within 30 days of agreed start date
  • During Design Phase: 50% refund if you're unsatisfied with initial concepts after 2 revision rounds
  • During Development: Refund of unused portion based on completed work percentage
  • After Delivery: No refund, but we offer free bug fixes for 30-90 days (as per agreement)

Digital Marketing Services

  • First 7 Days: Full refund if the service setup is not initiated
  • After 7 Days: Pro-rata refund for unused service period (minus setup costs)
  • Campaign Results: No refund based on campaign performance; marketing results vary and are not guaranteed
  • Monthly Services: Cancel anytime with 15 days notice; refund for unused days in current billing cycle

SEO Services

  • First Month: 50% refund if initial audit and strategy are not delivered
  • Ongoing: 30-day notice for cancellation; no refund for current month
  • Rankings: SEO is long-term; we do not guarantee specific rankings or refunds based on SERP positions

Graphics Design Services

  • Initial Concepts: 70% refund if initial concepts don't meet brief after first presentation
  • After Revisions: 30% refund if unsatisfied after agreed revision rounds
  • Final Delivery: No refund after final files are delivered and approved

Website Maintenance & Support

  • Monthly Plans: Pro-rata refund for unused days if we fail to provide agreed services
  • Cancellation: 15-day notice required; refund for unused portion of prepaid period
  • Annual Plans: No refund after 30 days; partial refund before 30 days (minus setup and completed work)

IT Consulting

  • Hourly/Project: Refund for undelivered hours or services only
  • Retainer: Unused hours may be refunded or carried forward (as per agreement)

3Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Third-party costs (domain registration, hosting, SSL certificates, premium plugins, advertising spend)
  • Completed and delivered work that meets agreed specifications
  • Services already rendered or time already spent
  • Setup fees and initial consultation charges
  • Custom development work that has been completed and delivered
  • Training and documentation services already provided
  • Rush or expedited service fees

4Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

5Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:

  • Bank Transfer/UPI: 7-10 business days
  • Credit Card: 10-15 business days (depending on your bank)
  • Debit Card: 10-15 business days (depending on your bank)

Please note that actual credit to your account may take additional time depending on your financial institution's processing times.

6Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks filed without prior communication may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of services
  • Withholding of project files and deliverables
  • Additional administrative fees if chargeback is found to be invalid
  • Termination of business relationship

We are committed to resolving disputes amicably and fairly through direct communication.

7Satisfaction Guarantee

While we cannot guarantee specific results for marketing services or ensure that every design concept will be loved immediately, we are committed to:

  • Delivering high-quality, professional work
  • Meeting agreed specifications and requirements
  • Providing agreed revision rounds
  • Maintaining open communication throughout the project
  • Working collaboratively to find solutions if you're unsatisfied

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns before any refund consideration.

8Exceptions and Special Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances, we may consider refund requests outside the standard policy:

  • If we are unable to deliver services due to unforeseen circumstances
  • If there are significant delays caused solely by us (beyond agreed timelines)
  • If the delivered work significantly deviates from agreed specifications with no remedy
  • Medical emergencies or personal hardships (evaluated case-by-case)

These cases will be evaluated individually at our discretion.

9Modifications to Refund Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. The policy in effect at the time of your service purchase will apply to that specific transaction.
