Most service packages include a specified number of revision rounds (typically 2-3). Additional revisions or major scope changes may incur additional charges. Changes must be requested in writing and are subject to feasibility and timeline impact assessment.

We warrant that:

• Services will be performed with reasonable skill and care
• Work will be original and not infringe on third-party rights
• We will fix bugs and errors within the warranty period (typically 30-90 days)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Help Me Buddy IT Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate services under the following conditions:

• By Client: With written notice. Fees for completed work are non-refundable.
• By Us: If payment is not received, terms are violated, or cooperation is lacking.
• Mutual Agreement: Both parties may agree to terminate with negotiated terms.

Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due. We will provide work completed up to the termination date.

Both parties agree to keep confidential information disclosed during the project confidential. This obligation continues after project completion. We implement reasonable measures to protect your sensitive business information.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Anand, Gujarat, India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
